The Nigerian Air Force DSSC, which simply means Direct Short Service Commission, is a type of recruitment which is conducted by the Nigerian Air Force for graduates who wish to join the force. The Nigerian Air Force DSSC training usually lasts for a period of 6 months.

Nigerian Air Force DSSC Requirements
- You must be a Nigerian as defined in the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- You must also be between the ages of 22 and 28 years at the time of applying for the recruitment. For those applying as doctors and lawyers, the age limit can reach up to 33 years.
- Applicants must be medically, mentally, and physically fit.
- Your height must not be less than 1.68m for male and 1.65m for female.
- You must not have been convicted by any Court of Law or have any criminal record.
- You must possess a minimum of First Degree not less than Second Class Lower Division from a recognized university or HND from a recognized polytechnic and not less than Lower Credit.
- Applicants (less serving members of the Armed Forces) must have completed their NYSC Scheme or provide a letter of exemption.
- You must have a valid birth certificate endorsed by a hospital, court, or the National Population Commission.
- You have to possess a certificate of State of Origin.
- You must be recommended by at least two recognized referees who must attest to the applicant’s character and integrity.

Once you log in to the website, the next thing is to fill in all the required information and upload any documents that are required.
The last step is to submit the application form and print out the attestation form for screening purposes. Please make sure that all the information provided during the registration of the recruitment is correct. Also note that any mistake during registration can lead to automatic disqualification.
